Application for New Membership:
Interested in joining our pool club? Anyone may apply for membership. Just download our application form and send it in along with the $50 non-refundable application processing fee. If there is not a waitlist, you will be sent an e-mail invitation. If there is a waitlist, you will be placed on our waitlist and once a spot becomes available at the pool, you will be sent an e-mail invitation. A $500 initiation fee and annual dues of $600 must be paid with your new membership. All of our fees are non-refundable. You will be notified once all the paperwork has been received and your membership has been approved.

Applications not received by this deadline will incur a $50 late fee and risk the loss of your membership spot. If you choose not to renew your membership, please notify us via e-mail at pool@summerhillpool.com so that your spot can be offered to someone on the wait list. According to our pool rules, a babysitter is defined as "Full-time, at least 13 years old, and are not pool members. A full time baby-sitter is a person who sits for a member family on a weekly basis." If you employ a full time sitter and would like them added to your membership, please complete the babysitter application and return it with your renewal application. Full time sitters will be added without a fee.
If you employ sitters throughout the summer, but they do not fit the criteria of full time, simply pay the $5 guest fee at the gate. An adult does not need to be present to sign in the sitter. If the member is the babysitter caring for children who are not members, simply pay the $5 fee at the gate each time you bring your guests to the pool. Only one babysitter is permitted per member family.
Any verification submitted after the pool opening will require a processing time of up to seven days before the sitter may be admitted without additional charge. Babysitters who do not qualify under the above guidelines will be required to pay guest fees.

The Summer Hill Pool is available to members for private birthday or team parties as set forth in the rules of the club. Click here to download the request form. It must be completed and returned before the date can be reserved.

Guest Passes:
The Summer Hill Club offers guest passes at a discounted rate if they are ordered in advance. If you are interested in ordering guest passes, click here to download the application form that must be completed and sent in.
